Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Miudori!
All products sold by Miudori are final sale, except in cases of defects or missing parts. While we take great care in packing every order, we understand that issues can occasionally occur. To ensure fairness, we offer a defective return policy as outlined below.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective product or discover a missing part, you must contact us within three (3) days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Important: All returns must include the original packaging. Returns without complete original packaging will be refused, and the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to have the item returned to them.
Blind Box Collectibles
All blind box collectibles are final sale. If a blind box is opened and found to contain a defective item, please contact us within three (3) days of delivery. We will assist with an exchange for a new blind box; however, we cannot guarantee that the replacement will be the same figure.
Returns will not be accepted for items damaged by the customer. Miudori is not responsible for damage that may occur during shipping.
Preorder Products
All preorder items must be paid in full at the time of purchase. If preorder items are purchased together with in-stock products, the entire order will ship once the preorder item arrives at our warehouse. If you would like in-stock items shipped earlier, please contact us to arrange separate shipping, which may require an additional shipping fee.
