Shipping & Pickup FAQ

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Simply add items to your cart to see the exact shipping rate based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

Customs, duties, and tariff fees

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or tariff fees required by their country or region.
All international orders (including U.S. orders) are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) from Canada. Any tariffs or brokerage fees charged by the carrier must be paid by the recipient. These fees are outside of our control.
If an international shipment is refused or duties are unpaid, the order will be forfeited and will not be returned or refunded.
Orders shipped to freight forwarding services are no longer our responsibility once delivered to the forwarding address. Claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages will not be accepted in these cases.

Do you offer free local pickup?

Yes! Free local pickup is available. Select the pickup option at checkout and we’ll prepare your order. You’ll receive a notification when it’s ready.
Pickup is usually available same day or next day, though during busy periods it may take up to 2 days. If an item needs to be transferred from another warehouse, preparation time may be longer.
Orders must be picked up within 14 days. If you need extra time, please contact us.

What happens if I don’t pick up my order?

Uncollected orders after 14 days are considered abandoned. We will attempt to contact you.
After 90 days, unclaimed items may be donated, resold, or repurposed, and no refund will be issued. Due to limited storage space, we cannot hold items indefinitely.

Pre-order items — when will they ship?

Estimated shipping timelines for pre-orders are listed on each product page. These dates are estimates and may change due to factors such as production or shipping delays.
Updates will be reflected on the product page. We do not send individual status updates for each pre-order.

Pre-order + in-stock items in one order

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will ship only when all items are available.
If you prefer your in-stock items to ship first, please place separate orders or contact us to arrange split shipping for an additional shipping fee.

Available shipping methods

  • Canada: Canada Post and couriers such as UPS, GLS, Canpar, Intelcom, ICS, and others
  • United States: UPS, FedEx, and Chit Chats USA (DDU shipping)
  • International: UPS, POSTNL, Canada Post, and local postal partners
Tracking numbers will work with local postal services once handed off (except UPS/FedEx).

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship same day or next business day. In some cases, handling may take up to 2 days, especially when items are stored in different warehouses. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Lost or stolen packages

Miudori is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package was shipped with a major carrier, you may file a claim directly with them. We can assist with claim paperwork when applicable but cannot guarantee outcomes.

My item arrived damaged — what should I do?

Only the actual product is considered the item. Minor damage to outer packaging does not qualify as a defect.
If the product itself arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos. We’ll help arrange a replacement or store credit.
If you purchased Route Shipping Protection, you may also file a claim directly through Route.

Where do you ship from and where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, subject to government restrictions or sanctions.
Orders are typically shipped from Markham, Canada, though some items may ship from other warehouses in Canada or the U.S.

Refunds and returns

All sales are final. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details on defective items.

Can I return items in person?

We do not accept returns in person.
If you received a defective item, you may bring it in and we’ll assist with a replacement or store credit. Packaging damage alone does not qualify as a defect.

Mystery Toy Box subscriptions

Each Mystery Toy Box is curated monthly and includes a surprise selection of premium designer toys and collectibles. Contents vary each month and typically include 5–8 items, depending on the box.

Where is Miudori located?

Miudori is based in Markham, Canada.
We are currently online-only, with local pickup available by appointment.
